Sundate @ Kowloon House

Every time I hear the name Kowloon House, the first thing that comes to my mind is their siopao. Kowloon is one of the longest running Chinese restaurants located in Quezon City. My family and I used to buy asado siopao just around the corner for our midnight snack, good thing about kowloon it's open 24 hours.

Shredded Jellyfish (Php 180)
A cold side dish. It's sweet, salty and crunchy. Not as slippery as you'd guess. I like this dish compare to Hap Chan's and North Park's Jellyfish.

Hakaw - Shrimp Siomai 4pcs. (Php 95)
A dimsum with shrimps inside. I'm not impressed with this one. For me the best hakaw I've ever tasted was Wai Ying's, It was freshly made.

Sliced Beef with Ampalaya (Php 230)
Beef and ampalaya with black beans.

Yang Chow Fried Rice (Php 180)
A popular Chinese style wok fried rice with green peas, ham, chinese barbecue, carrots, etc. This is already a complete meal itself although it may be eaten with other dishes.

Have you been to Kowloon House? What's your favorite Kowloon House dish?
